OneXGPU 2 Priced at $899: Featuring Built-in AMD 7800M

With the increasing popularity of thin and light compact devices, there is a growing demand for external graphics processing units (eGPUs). OneXPlayer, a pioneer in the eGPU market, has garnered widespread recognition for its OneXGPU series. Their latest offering, the OneXGPU 2, based on the Navi 32 chip, not only enhances performance but also adds more connectivity options and features.

The second-generation OneXGPU is equipped with a Radeon RX 7800M GPU, boasting 60 Compute Units and 3,840 Stream Processors, with 28.1 billion transistors and a TDP rating of 180W. It also supports 12GB of VRAM. This upgrade significantly increases the number of Compute Units and onboard VRAM compared to the original OneXGPU, delivering superior performance. According to official data, when the OneXGPU 2 is connected to a OneXPlayer X1 handheld, the frame rate can increase by 200% to 500%, showcasing a substantial improvement in graphics performance with the new eGPU dock.

Enhanced Performance

The OneXGPU 2 dock offers an array of connectivity ports, including an OCulink port for 64Gbps connectivity speeds, USB 4.0, HDMI, and DP ports to ensure seamless connection to external displays. Additionally, to enhance usability, the dock is equipped with a dedicated M.2 2280 SSD connector, allowing consumers to easily swap out storage devices. This connector features a magnetic cover. The dock's edges are adorned with RGB lighting, adding a unique visual effect.
