While slightly wider than the WD_Black SN850X (80 x 23.4 x 8.9 mm), the SN850P's compact size (80 x 24.4 x 9.9 mm) ensures efficient heat dissipation and ease of installation.

In terms of core performance, the WD_Black SN850P 8TB is a highly customized version of the WD_Black SN850X for gaming, with both models offering very similar performance levels.

With WD's top-tier proprietary controller chip and the same NAND flash technology as the SN850X, this drive boasts impressive 7200 MB/s sequential read and 6600 MB/s sequential write speeds.
